This topic takes two forms. Environmental sustainability and cost sustainability. Environment Sustainability: We love and adore mother earth. We do our best to be good stewards of her for anything in our control. Our data center that powers our business is powered by 100% renewable energy. We also ensure that e-waste is recycled so reusable material can be recovered to minimize the need for virgin materials. Financial Sustainability: Many licensing costs are unavoidable to keep up with our modern workflows, but we use and advocate for many open source and open licensing products to keep our clients’ financial burden as low as possible.

About our CEO and Founder
At the age of 19, Adam started his first small business, which was the beginning of his lifelong interest in entrepreneurship, business, and especially, business processes.
Adam worked his entire previous career in healthcare IT, serving two different local nonprofit organizations. His greatest sense of joy came from making a difference in organizations that were serving the people of their community and making healthcare more accessible to the local population.
Innovative Forefront was founded out of his desire to help other small and mid-sized businesses with their technology needs. Technology is a cumbersome field that takes expertise to be done correctly. Most of our service area is underserved by MSPs intent on working with smaller clients. Organizations are left with no option besides getting help from individuals that “work on computers” when problems arise, but routine maintenance, updates, backups, and security are neglected.
